At Sugar Daddy, we operate on a credit-based system that enables users to access premium features, such as unlocking chats and viewing private images.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit and debit cards, online bank transfer, and Cash2Code.
Please note that available payment methods may vary depending on the user’s country of access.
How Credits Work
Users purchase credit packs of various sizes and prices. Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely unless the user’s profile is deleted or suspended. Once a chat is unlocked using credits, all messages within that chat are free to view. Our system does not include recurring subscriptions by default.
Tracking Your Credits
Users can monitor their credit balance, purchases, and usage through the Credits History section available in their user panel. This section also displays any refunded credits for full transparency.

We do not provide automatic refunds. However, users may request refunds for unused credits or in cases of technical issues by contacting our customer support at:

Our support team typically responds within 24 to 48 hours; however, response times may vary depending on the volume of requests and workload.
Additionally, we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if a user sends a message and does not receive a reply within 72 hours, the credits spent on that message will be automatically refunded.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is strongly discouraged. Chargebacks can cause service interruptions and may lead to account suspension. We encourage all users to contact us directly for any billing or service concerns so that we can resolve issues promptly and fairly.
